This extended warranty plan provides coverage for a specified period of time beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.
It covers repair or replacement costs for eligible products due to defects in materials or workmanship.
This extended warranty extends any Vacuums R Us Red Carpet Service plans included at time of sale.

This warranty plan is applicable to any vacuum cleaner or appliance sold with an extended warranty plan.
Eligible products must be purchased new or certified refurbished from VacuumsRus.
Warranty only applies to residential machines. If any machine is used commercially, the extended warranty plan will void without refund.

Parts and Labor: All repair and replacement costs for covered products, including both parts and labor, are included.
Defects: Coverage applies to only defects in materials or workmanship, as determined by our technicians.
Normal Wear and Tear: Coverage does not extend to normal wear and tear for certain parts and products such as belts, bags, brush rollers, etc.
Accidental Damage: Accidental damage is not covered. This includes fan breakage.
VacuumsRus may use certified pre-owned parts for repair of machine.
If parts for machine are no longer available for repairing an authorized defect, VacuumsRus may buy the machine back at a discounted price. This formula is as follows:
- 20% off the original purchase price for every 1 year the machine has been owned.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or acts of nature.
Certain parts may be subject to failure from lack of service / maintenance and may not be covered under this extended warranty as determined by VacuumsRus.
Damages to the machine from the cleaning of fine powders (e.g. drywall dust, baking soda) will void the extended warranty without refund.
Any use of the machine for pick up of liquids, fluids, or waste products will void the extended warranty without refund.
Consumable items (e.g., batteries, filters, belts, brushes) are not covered.
Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality may not be included at the discretion of Vacuums R Us.

To file a claim, visit any VacuumsRus & Sewing Too location during normal business hours with the machine.
For out of state purchasers, the buyer is responsible for transportation / shipping charges associated with sending the machine to a VacuumsRus location for repair and for return shipping of product.
Provide proof of purchase, the product’s serial number, and a detailed description of the issue.
Our technicians will assess the machine and if eligible provide repair or replacement services at no charge.

The cost of the extended warranty plan varies based on the product’s price and type.
Premiums are to be paid at time of sale of machine.
Additional fees may apply for optional coverage, such as accidental damage protection.

The extended warranty is not transferable to a new owner if the product is sold or given away during the coverage period.

The warranty plan can be canceled within the first 30 days for a full refund.
The warranty may not be cancelled or refunded after the first 30 days from time of purchase.
