HS5000 Valve Trim Kit – Almond
With the “The Retractable Hose Central Vac System”, the vacuum hose is stored inside the wall. Each outlet has a hose hidden within the system?s own vacuum tubing. When you?re finished, the suction from the central vacuum unit retracts the hose back out of sight. Then, you simply carry your handle to the next inlet.
The Valve Trim Kit includes: inlet valve, finish door, low-voltage switch, 4 screws, 2 wire nuts. New features include smaller size, improved rubber door seal, improved hose-locking system, simple on/off switch, adjusts to wall thicknesses up to 1 ? inches (3.8 cm). Available in white or almond. Refer to HS5000 installation guide for valve trim instructions.

The Hide-A-Hose mini-cuff directly connects the hose to a Ready Grip Direct Connect handle.? The mini-cuff also offers the convenience of connecting directly to accessories included in the tool kits.
(The mini-cuff acts as a stop when the hose is retracted into the valve.? If the cuff comes off of the hose, screw the cuff counter-clockwise back into the hose until it is firmly seated against the end of the hose.??Do not retract a hose without the cuff.)
