American Sewing Guild Boulder chapter – Secret Sewciety meet up- Guests Welcome!

This is a monthly meetup of the American Sewing Guild Denver chapter’s Boulder group.

This event takes place in Boulder. Vacuums R Us & Sewing Too to has acquired a face mask requirement waiver for this event. This waiver requires proof of vaccination to attend this event. If you have not previously done so please email a photo of your CDC vaccine card to dina@vacuumsrus.com prior to attending.

This is an open sew event. This meeting is being held in a private room after regular store hours. The event is led by ASG (American Sewing Guild) leaders and is open to guests free of charge. If attendees find this group useful after a few visits we do request you consider joining ASG as a yearly member to receive all the benefits of the group.

In our opinion this is one of the best ways for new or experienced sewists to meet people who share their passion and expand their craft. ASG members come from all skill levels and concentrate on a myriad of sewing types. From garments to bags to quilts to embroidery, you are likely to find some one who share your interests here!

Guests will be provided a work area and power to setup their machine. An ironing board, iron, and cutting table will be provided. Attendees can also use any of our floor model or demo machines to work on their projects. Sergers are available for use on request. If you are just starting with sewing and do not yet own your own machine we will help get you started using one of our starter display models!

And here’s something SUPER COOL! This is a hybrid event! You can join the event live via zoom on a our big screen just like you are in the event room!
