The DY-96608501 brushroll will only fit newer-motorheads that have 4-prongs on the driveshaft. It WILL NOT fit older motorheads that have a 3-prong shaft as shown in the image on this page. (In this case you would have to replace the entire motorhead with DY-96608401)
